Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of restoremycounters.com, the photos and quotes we send, and the work we do. By using the site or booking a job, you agree to them.

Photo previews

When you send a photo, we send back an edited image showing what your countertop could look like restored. It's an illustration of the expected result, not a guarantee. Real stone varies, and the finished work can differ from the preview in color, shine, and how completely a mark comes out. What we can't fix, we tell you before anyone comes out.

Quotes

Sealing and chip repair on marble, granite, and quartzite are priced as published on our pricing page. Everything else is quoted from your photo. A quote is based on what the photo shows. If the stone turns out to be different, or the damage is deeper or wider than it looked, we'll explain what changed and agree on the price with you before doing the extra work.

What we do, and don't

We restore stone countertops: marble, granite, quartzite, and engineered quartz. We don't do floors, and we don't replace countertops. Some damage can't be fully reversed, including deep heat scorch in quartz resin, iron staining from inside the stone, and cracks through the slab. We'll say so from the photo.

Your part

Please tell us what you know about the stone and anything that's been used on it. On the day, clear the counters and make sure we can get to the work area, water, and power.

Scheduling

Southwest Florida is served year-round. Residential work in the Upper and Middle Keys is scheduled May through October. Commercial and property accounts in the Keys are scheduled by arrangement. If you need to reschedule, give us as much notice as you can.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If something isn't right

Tell us within 14 days of the work and we'll come look. Sealing protects against staining; it doesn't prevent etching, and it wears with use, so the water test in our care guide tells you when it's time to reseal. We're not responsible for damage from use or products after we leave.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any job is limited to what you paid for that job, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The website

The content on this site is for general information about stone care. It's not a substitute for an assessment of your specific countertop. The site content and images belong to Restore My Counters and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law
